Mental Concentration
       YOUR
    MENTAL CONCENTRATION
                                                LEVELS OR ZONES
  • How many are there?
  • When do you use them? and
  • How effectively do you use them?

Question 0: WHAT IS MENTAL CONCENTRATION?

  • Mental Concentration creates equilibrium between left and right brain hemispheres, so that what is emotional can be balanced with what is rational.

    • In effect, Concentration is a Force Fields Management process in which the rational forces working with your left brain balance with the emotional forces working with your right brain.
    • Concentration gives you the resolve to define what MATTERS and what's RELEVANT in your life to keep you STABLE and PURPOSEFUL.
    • Concentration gives you the MOTIVATION, DETERMINATION and CONSISTENCY to PERSEVERE and not WAVER or QUIT on your PURPOSE. Therefore, remember, whenever you fail, it's not them, it's YOU because you quit too soon! Your TIMING was all wrong. Work on YOUR TIMING, and you'll be just as relevant and worthy.
    • To have a good Concentration is to be a good Force Fields Manager. Being a good Force Fields Manager requires PATIENCE. Therefore, if you are aggressive and follow the doctrine of the survival of the fittest, you are merely stating that you possess a big fat right brain that is out of balance and out of control with your left brain. You are a bad Force Fields Manager who does not understand the physics and timing to accomplish EQUILIBRIUM. (Remember, this big and fat right brain is the reason for your weight, addiction and heart problems as well!)

    • A person who is CALM has a GOOD CONCENTRATION and can resolve difficult situations that will never reoccur. An aggressive person is never successful at solving problems because of the RECURRENCE FACTOR, meaning the problem never goes away. It becomes a nagging stalker.

          The Force Fields Manager

    • There's one gland that controls your forces in both the brain and the MIND.
      That's your PINEAL GLAND.

    • This gland manufactures serotonin by taking the protein (amino acid) called tryptophan from blood circulation, and with methoxylation, a systematic process of adding oxygen, breakdown serotonin to produce Melatonin.

    • These two neurotransmitters (serotonin and Melatonin) are responsible for  GENERATING FORCE FIELDS . By understanding how you   CONTROL YOUR EMOTIONS , you are able to control the force field.

    • The forces even manifest in COLOR VIBRATIONS, as shown below.
If you have an affinity for any colors, your serotonin-to-Melatonin ratio
variables are how you have it.

Question 1: What are the factors involved in
      Mental Concentration?

    • The factors involved in Mental Concentration are abstract.
      They are Mental Waves.

    • These waves are described with their harmonic frequencies.

    • There are Harmonic Waves involved in Mental Concentrations.
      They are the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Harmonic Waves.

    • The purpose of these waves is to open memory lobes where
incoming sensory vibrations from the environment are to be stored
      and those already
      stored are to be expressed.

    • The Harmonic Wave frequencies are directly proportional to
how much oxygen you allow in your brain's neural circulation.
The more oxygen, the better your Concentration.

    • The sensory vibrations, on the other hand, are influenced by
the less oxygen available, making them drop-down particles.
The less oxygen, the more drop-down particles, and the easier
it is to tap into your anxiety, anger and frustration levels.
(Drop-down particles are the particles that are too heavy to be
transferred from one neural center to another. They eventually
      become the Alzheimer's plaques.)

Question 2: What is the FORMULA for determining your Mental Concentration?

    • The formula for determining your concentration is a multi-layered formula that has been summarized as follows:

      Mental Concentration =
[Cycle-of-Focus (cycus) x Action-Thought Distance Line x Cosine of the Angle of Deviation
      from Normal Action-Thought]  ÷  Time

    • Each of the elements mentioned above is compiled by calculus using two models: The Dohgon Wonder Wheels Sedentary Games and the Dohgon Palm Tennis Action Games. Therefore, in the formula, the action refers to Dohgon Palm Tennis and the thought refers to Dohgon Wonder Wheels.

Question 3: When do you Concentratrate effectively?
You concentrate effectively whenever you place yourself at the point of equilibrium by knowing the center point of the action and the thought involved in the action. For instance, if you are performing a task, whether it's a THINKING or action-oriented task, remember the following:

    • Ease of performance
This is where you are right at the center point, the 0% point.

    • Emergence of frustration
FRUSTRATION is a sign you are shifting from the center point. You can begin to measure your frustration by the ERRORS you make. One error would indicate 10% Frustration and a one drop in CYCUS MEASURE. (Cycus is the measure of the amount of delays you have in completing the Wonder Wheels 100 System Platform Game in one minute. The average time for completing the game the first time is 10 minutes and the average errors made is 6. When configured, it gives the 10% Frustration Factor.)  The more errors and the higher your time, the farther you will be from your CENTER OF EQUILIBRIUM, and the more frustrated you will become.

Question 4: Is there a TIME LIMIT on your Concentration?

    • The TIME LIMIT on how you CONCENTRATE is directly proportional to how you stay at a POINT OF EQUILIBRIUM  and how methoxylation is happening in your brain neural circuitry.

This is gauged by your ability to be CALM or PATIENT.

      15. When does the Flash-out Puzzle, which is the problem with suddenly forgetting your train of thought and becoming disoriented, happen? How can you quickly overcome it?
      16. Problems with multiple personalities are triggered when concentration loses a certain potential or acquires an overabundance of certain potentials. Different
19.personalities then emerge, such as schizophrenia, "bi-polar" disorders, etc.
      17. How important is distance to your level of concentration?
      18. There are abstract distances and physical distances. How do you identify each?
-- How does flexible concentration relate to distance in the following?

        football player.
      19. What are the disadvantages of certain types of concentration and distance?
      20. How do these Distance Lines--100%, 150%, 200%, 300%--affect performances? (These distances indicate how far away you are from equilibrium, your center of gravity.)
      21. Do people in the same Concentration Zones have the same Concentration Level?
      22. How do you measure the differentials of two peoples’ time span on efficiency?
      23. Why do people in the same Concentration Zone have the same time span on efficiency?

-- Why is  it important to compare them to yours?
        2. How important is knowing your Concentration Potentials in your career?
        3. How do you recognize and respect individual Concentration Levels?
        4. How can learning to concentrate effectively save you a lot of medical problems and socially unacceptable behaviors that land you in jail or cause you a career disaster? Ask former Presidential candidates John Edwards and Gary Hart among many others.
        5. How will Concentration Level concepts help you:
-- avoid your High Concentration from being penetrated?
-- utilize your High & Medium levels efficiently so your Trigger Mechanism will come on when needed?
-- recognize when and where your Low Concentration level occurs so your Booster Generator System will automatically come on to take you back to
your Medium or High Concentration Levels?
        6. What is the significance of TIME when you concentrate?
At the High Concentration level, the concentration time is much longer for non-athletic activities than it is for athletic activities. This is the reason why Doctors, Air Traffic Controllers, Olympic Judges, etc., tend to have fatigue problems that will last longer. How can you neutralize fatigue problems?
        7. What is the relationship between the Trigger Mechanism/the Booster Generator System and the Flash-out Puzzle?
