BSI Test

BSI and The FFINDDING Yourself: The Real Meditation
These are the two systems that will restore your connection to KNOWING. You should know about knowing because of the impending disaster. Daily practice of the WW gives me the insight of what shape my mind is in. Like for instance, today, I caught myself going back to the number I had to locate, when I normally only do it one time, not losing any second. So, this WW is so perfect. After I did my practice, I started doing some unfinished reports very quickly. I love those WWs. No I haven't reached the 2 minute yet. I've reached 3 minutes but not over 5 minutes. So I'm between 3-5 minutes. It's all good.

Today I did it CW {clockwise] and I did 2mins:20secs, the I gave myself a little break and did the CCW and did 1min:55secs? Fastest ever.
It feels smoother doing the CCW, I feel more relaxed and it just flows. However, before and during the CW I feel like I need to race, hence I'm slightly more anxious. When I finish the CCW I'm surprised at the time. (Faster than I expected) When I've finished the CW I'm slightly disappointed Does this make sense?
Looking at my previous attempts, I do faster times on the CCW, I've noticed that earlier on. is that significant in any shape or form?
Would like to hear your feedback, also I've haven't checked my Skype account as yet, but just wanted to know when we could hook up for a chat.

My PARmTennis has improved so much. I can continually work up to 300 without stopping. Although I do sometimes mess up on. Number '89' What does that mean please, Professor?

We started to play with the laminated wonder wheels. my best results in 1min 26 s. My elder daughter really likes it, so she influences the younger. So they play it very day now. my elder daughter did it is 56s this morning. she was very proud. she asked me, "what's the time of Professor Momoh?" I said, "I don't know, but he did 300 count in palm tennis so you have to beat him now."
the younger's best result is 3min 24s.
